I must report this vandalism

獨島

Hello,adminstrator. I appreciate your effort. Until Recently,this article name was a "獨島". but suddenly changed without any consensus by Japanese user 隼鷹. even he admited his name change was without wilipedia rule, without consensus[1]. there is no policy decide to this article name change as Japanese name 竹島 (島根縣). but 隼鷹 suddenly changed without any consensus and withou any wikipedia rule. so, i revert it. he this is a cleay vandalism. How can i report this user's vandalism? WP:VA and he is a serious POV pushing user.[2] i can't report this. bcz, i am a new user? please admin, please do any action this vandalism. if you once see this message, then delete it.
